Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will oversee the safe operation of ammonia production equipment. Your role will include monitoring, regulating, and maintaining the ammonia production process, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and operation of mixing and blending machinery.
• Evaluate production processes and implement improvements.
• Assist in quality inspections and ensure product specifications are met.
• Participate in training sessions on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Document all operational procedures and any anomalous occurrences during production.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Technical qualification in chemical processes

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of chemical safety protocols
• Basic computer skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
