You will work closely with our product development team to design and improve chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough analysis on raw materials and finished products.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings in manufacturing.
• Utilize simulation software for process modeling.
• Implement changes in line with customer feedback and product performance data.
• Support regulatory compliance through proper documentation.
• Engage in technical meetings to discuss project progress.
• Develop training materials for process changes.
• Assist with patent applications for new chemical compounds.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials.
• Participate in local community outreach programs to promote industry awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
