Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for conducting audits, reviewing policies, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of legal standards as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development of compliance training materials.
• Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure comprehensive compliance practices.
• Implement compliance monitoring and reporting systems.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend enhancements.
• Engage with external auditors and regulators during audits.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance issues and strategies.
• Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities.
• Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Compliance
• Relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
