Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a training or development role

• Content Development
• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications

• Learning and Development Certification

Languages
