We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, implementing policies, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of employee engagement surveys.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and recommend improvements.
  • Play an active role in health and safety compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources
  • HR Certification from a recognized body is a plus

  • 5+ years in an HR Generalist role
