Job Description

We are actively seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst who will provide analytical support for our financial decisions. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to identify financial opportunities and assess risks. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for preparing financial models, conducting market research, and supporting the preparation of presentations and reports that drive strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management that summarize findings and recommendations.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in planning meetings by preparing presentations and relevant documents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or related field
