Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining molding machines to produce a wide range of products. You'll ensure machine efficiency and quality and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and setup of various molding machines.
• Adjust machines as needed to meet production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Record and report production data and machine performance metrics.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety standards.
• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment after production runs.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Work with management to identify areas for improvement in the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in machine operation

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Quality control techniques

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Leadership capabilities

Certifications

• Certification in machine operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
