Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations. This position involves analyzing data to improve logistics processes, ensuring timely delivery of products while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze existing supply chain processes for optimization.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Engage in project management for supply chain initiatives.
  • Utilize software tools to track and analyze supply chain performance.
  • Suggest enhancements to reduce waste and improve sustainability.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Support the implementation of technology in logistics operations.
  • Work on continuous improvement projects within the supply chain.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for team development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar field
  • Master's Degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or logistics roles
