Job Description

The Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders will be responsible for producing high-quality carbide powder using various processes and equipment. You will utilize your knowledge of materials science and metallurgy to ensure the adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machine settings for different production runs.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and report any deviations from standards.
• Utilize statistical process control techniques to maintain quality.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to company safety policies.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and supplies.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and innovations.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for technical support.
• Participate in team meetings and report on production outcomes.
• Support health and safety initiatives on the production floor.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemistry, or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing operations
