Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Legal Advisor to join our esteemed team in East London. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of legal principles, with a focus on providing exceptional legal counsel and support to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in navigating complex legal challenges, ensuring compliance, and protecting our clients' interests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client legal inquiries.
• Manage multiple legal projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review and revise company policies to ensure compliance with current laws.
• Advocate for the clients’ best interests in all legal aspects.
• Facilitate legal workshops for staff on compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all legal documentation and correspondence.
• Assist in managing external legal counsel and coordinating case strategy.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or similar legal qualification
• Master’s degree in Law is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal advisory roles.
