As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll focus on streamlining operations and boosting efficiency at our Cape Town facility. Your expertise in process design and data analysis will help us meet our objectives and respond to the changing demands of our industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of manufacturing systems.
• Develop and implement process improvement recommendations.
• Foster collaboration between product development and manufacturing teams.
• Perform cost analyses to identify opportunities for financial savings.
• Enhance product quality by refining production methodologies.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and improving sustainability.
• Review and refine material handling processes for effectiveness.
• Utilize statistical methods to analyze work processes.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering
