Job Description

As an Event Planner with Event Experts Ltd., you will be responsible for shaping and executing memorable events in Johannesburg. This role demands creativity, organization, and attention to detail to ensure our clients’ visions come to life, from corporate functions to intimate celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning meetings with clients and team members to establish event goals.
• Research trends in event planning and incorporate innovative ideas.
• Maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics and on-site execution.
• Prepare reports detailing event budgets, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling services to clients.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Project Management certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning or management
