Industrial Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer in our Polokwane office, you will be responsible for analyzing operational systems, designing process improvements, and implementing effective solutions to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of manufacturing processes.
• Design engineering solutions aimed at process optimization.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Identify materials and processes for developing solutions.
• Evaluate efficiency and production rates.
• Prepare and present reports to management on areas of improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operations management

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
