Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate restaurant operations.
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Enhance the restaurant's reputation through excellent service.
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations of staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Engage with guests to build relationships and gather feedback.
  • Assist in planning special events and promotions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management
