We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will address queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Field customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Help resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records with feedback and service requests.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
• Identify service gaps and communicate them to management.
• Engage in continuous learning about the company's services and policies.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Higher education qualification in Customer Service preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service with a strong track record

Technical Skills

• Zendesk or similar support software
• MS Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Strong Work Ethic

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual proficiency: Proficiency in another South African language is advantageous.
• Experience with troubleshooting: Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
