Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming queries and provide timely responses to customer concerns.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in customer records.
  • Monitor customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and provide training where necessary.
  • Engage in proactive communication with customers to enhance retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma or certificate in customer service or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer service or a call centre environment.
