Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new engineering processes and practices.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials for engineering projects.
• Lead project teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Train and mentor new engineering staff.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a related engineering role

• Mechanical Systems Design
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
