Job Description

We are looking for a Tumbling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining tumbling machines to ensure high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the setup of tumbling machines is in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Calibrate machines to achieve the desired finish on products.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to enhance product quality.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Support the team by sharing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of tumbling processes

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in performing machine maintenance and troubleshooting: Hands-on experience in maintaining machinery for optimal performance.
