Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve quality assurance practices within the team.
• Mentor junior QA testers and provide training on testing best practices.
• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects.
• Evaluate test tools and recommend solutions for the team.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA with strong skills in automation testing

Technical Skills

• Cypress
• GIT

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with API testing: Experience in testing RESTful services and APIs.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture.
