Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will lead a team and be responsible for maintaining efficient warehouse processes, ensuring safety, and optimizing inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of warehouse staff to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Develop and implement inventory tracking systems.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance to management.
• Train staff on new processes and safety standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
