Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance with HR policies and legislation in our Durban office. The successful candidate will ensure that our HR practices are not only compliant but also contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Provide support on employee relations matters and compliance investigations.
• Implement effective tracking systems to monitor compliance activities.
• Coordinate with department heads to promote a compliance culture.
• Report compliance findings to the HR Director and propose resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR and compliance roles

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Professional (CCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Proficient
