Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to fulfil staffing needs.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Enhance the existing performance management system to reflect the company values.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for skill development.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee turnover rates and develop retention strategies.
  • Support management in organisational change processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Advise on the legal implications of HR decisions and ensure compliance.
  • Foster a positive work environment through recognition and reward programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
