Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing processes and standards. You will work closely with our development and production teams to identify issues and implement solutions that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and validate product features.
• Conduct performance and scalability testing on products.
• Assess testing tools and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Represent the QA team in cross-functional meetings, providing updates and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

• API Testing Tools

Certifications

• ISEB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent
