Job Description

The HR Generalist position oversees recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives and engage with potential candidates across platforms.
  • Craft and update HR policies to reflect best practices and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for professional development.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
  • Record employee data accurately in the HRIS.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR standards.
  • Assist in evaluating employee performance metrics and provide reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate degree in HR management is advantageous

  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
