Job Description

As an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our organisation adheres to all anti-discrimination laws while promoting a culture of inclusion. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing EEO policies, conducting training, and addressing complaints regarding discrimination or harassment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee the implementation of EEO policies.
  • Guide the organisation in developing a diversity and inclusion strategy.
  • Advocate for equitable hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops on EEO topics.
  • Assist in creating a workplace culture that values diversity.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to promote inclusivity programs.
  • Support employees in raising concerns regarding discrimination safely.
  • Develop metrics to measure the success of diversity initiatives.
  • Ensure that compliance issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Five years of experience in human resources or a related field, with proven knowledge of EEO compliance practices.
