Responsibilities

• Lead development of comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of different teams.
• Create instructional materials, including presentations and online resources.
• Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with HR to support employee onboarding and ongoing development.
• Utilize innovative methods and technology to enhance remote learning experiences.
• Cultivate partnerships with external organizations for advanced training opportunities.
• Report on training metrics and employee development outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Development or Learning Sciences
• Master's degree in related field preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in Learning and Development or Corporate Training fields
