Job Description

Join our team and leverage your expertise as an Organizational Development Specialist. You will lead projects focused on performance management, employee engagement surveys, and facilitate interventions to drive a constructive culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization-wide training and development initiatives.
• Assess and recommend improvements in current staff training programs.
• Create metrics to assess the effectiveness of development programs.
• Manage succession planning efforts to identify future leaders within the organization.
• Promote employee retention strategies through engagement and recognition programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in organizational development or HR
