Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will support our HR team in various facets of human resources management. The ideal candidate will be involved in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in enhancing our workplace culture and ensuring our policies align with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies and manage the hiring lifecycle.
• Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs.
• Manage employee relations and handle disputes effectively.
• Support compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Facilitate performance reviews and employee assessments.
• Initiate and support employee training and development programs.
• Audit and maintain HR documentation for accuracy.
• Create HR reports and provide analysis to management.
• Encourage a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on compliance and employee relations
