Job Description

The Starcher will be responsible for executing starching processes to ensure high-quality fabric production. This role involves preparing and applying starching solutions while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the starch application process to maintain standards.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and report issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of starching operations.
• Support training for new staff on starch application techniques.
• Implement production improvements as recommended.
• Ensure adherence to environmental guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Experience in fabric care or related field is a plus.
