Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager in Durban to lead our HR team and drive strategic HR initiatives. This role involves enhancing employee engagement, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong HR background and a passion for developing people.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the HR team in all functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and talent gaps.
  • Assist in developing organizational policies and procedures.
  • Enhance employee recognition programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all HR functions.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Higher certificate in HR management is preferred
