Responsibilities
Administer payroll processes on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring all calculations are correct.
Implement payroll systems and maintain reporting compliance.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Prepare monthly payroll reports for management review.
Oversee payroll audits and implement changes based on findings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax legislation affecting payroll.
Train new HR personnel on payroll systems and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data.
Address discrepancies and advise management on remedial actions.
Administer leave provisions and related payroll adjustments.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field
