Job Description

As a pharmacist at Local Pharmacy Group in Cape Town, you will play a vital role in patient care, optimizing medication therapies, and providing professional consultations to improve health outcomes. Your expertise will help guide patients through their health journeys.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health data and medication regimens.
• Mentor pharmacy interns and support their training.
• Organize and participate in health education workshops.
• Facilitate access to medications and health resources.
• Implement strategies to improve patient engagement.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
• Conduct routine pharmacy audits for compliance.
• Prepare reports and data analysis for pharmacy operations.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with patients.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy practice
