Job Description

As a Night Auditor at our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of overnight activities. Your responsibilities include managing guest accounts, auditing transactions, and providing outstanding service to our guests during late hours.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve guest issues during the night shift.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs.
  • Collaborate with security to ensure guest safety and property protection.
  • Maintain comprehensive logs of night activities and incidents.
  • Assist in staff training and support during busy periods.
  • Support the front office team in improving operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the lobby and guest areas.
  • Ensure crisis management protocols are followed if necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
