Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and overseeing various civil engineering projects, ensuring that they meet all specifications and regulations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to lead projects from conception to completion while adhering to budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and project resources.
• Conduct feasibility studies and reporting.
• Coordinate with municipal authorities for project permits and approvals.
• Participate in project meetings and represent the engineering team.
• Research new technologies and methods to improve project efficiency.
• Establish and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
