Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients' strengths and challenges through regular assessments.
  • Deliver counseling services addressing mental health, addiction, and family issues.
  • Connect clients with community resources including housing, employment, and healthcare.
  • Advocate for systemic changes to enhance social services and support.
  • Document client progress and intervention outcomes meticulously.
  • Contribute to interagency meetings and case conferences.
  • Design community programs to address pressing social issues.
  • Support clients in developing life skills and coping strategies.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction with services received.
  • Create awareness about social issues through community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Master's degree in Social Work is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or related fields
