Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Diversity Manager to lead our diversity and inclusion initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies that foster an inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that diversity is a core value within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a diversity and inclusion framework that aligns with company values.
  • Engage employees in discussions and initiatives around diversity.
  • Implement metrics to measure the success of diversity strategies.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance community engagement.
  • Provide coaching and support to leadership on diversity matters.
  • Develop and oversee recruitment strategies that attract diverse talent.
  • Organize events and campaigns that highlight diversity and inclusion.
  • Serve as a resource for employees on issues related to diversity.
  • Drive accountability for diversity initiatives across all departments.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure inclusive policies and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing diversity programs
