Job Description

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition and employee retention strategies.
  • Administer performance appraisal systems to identify high performers.
  • Advocate for workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organisation.
  • Coordinate health and safety programs in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget effectively.
  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and trends.
  • Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor compliance with data protection and privacy laws.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
