Responsibilities
Lead talent acquisition and employee retention strategies.
Administer performance appraisal systems to identify high performers.
Advocate for workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organisation.

Prepare and manage the HR budget effectively.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
