Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Manager who can demonstrate strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehousing logistics. Your role will involve managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of achieving targets
