As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of our software products. Your role will be crucial in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our clients while fostering a culture of excellence in software development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios.
• Document defects and track their status in the bug tracking system.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure application reliability.
• Work closely with development teams to refine requirements and testing strategies.
• Assist in the implementation of testing tools and best practices.
• Participate in user acceptance testing sessions.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement.
• Provide mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Compile test statistics and provide reports to management.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical Field
• Master's degree in Quality Assurance is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing

• Automated Testing Tools

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
