Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nailing Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining nailing machines, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality furniture products.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that nailing machines are set up correctly prior to production runs.
  • Monitor the operation of machines to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Participate in training sessions on new machinery or techniques.
  • Assist in inventory management of supplies needed for production.
  • Report any machine malfunctions to the maintenance team immediately.
  • Contribute to maintaining ISO standards in manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Technical training in manufacturing or related fields
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with other manufacturing machinery

Languages
