Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage our HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience while ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends in employee turnover and develop retention strategies.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments regarding HR policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Support health and safety programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of compensation and benefits packages.
  • Facilitate team-building exercises and events.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
