Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pillowcase Turner to efficiently turn pillowcases inside out during the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of production and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Turn pillowcases inside out while adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect materials for quality assurance and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Assist in training new staff on operating machinery.
• Coordinate with team to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required; high school diploma preferred

Experience

• Experience operating turning machinery is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of textile production processes
• Quality control awareness

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Familiarity with different types of textiles: Knowledge of various fabrics and their handling requirements.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment: Comfortable working in high-pressure, production-oriented settings.
