Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Dining Room Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure our guests experience top-tier service. You will be responsible for managing a team of food preparation and serving staff while maintaining the high standards of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Hire, train, and motivate a team of waiters, bartenders, and hosts.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Enhance customer experience through exemplary service.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Work closely with management to drive service efficiency.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss service improvements.
• Foster a positive attitude and teamwork among staff.
• Identify and implement process improvements for service efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Hospitality Management is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or supervisory roles

Technical Skills

• Point-of-sale systems
• Inventory Management Software

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in fine dining service: Proficient in providing refined service in upscale dining environments.
• Experience managing large teams: Demonstrated ability to manage a staff of 10 or more.
