You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing chemical processes in our facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to scale up new chemical applications.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies for process improvement.
• Engage in regular audits and inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for new projects.
• Establish key performance indicators to monitor process effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of direct industry experience

• Six Sigma Green Belt
