You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with client visions and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural details and specifications.
• Engage in site analysis and feasibility studies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders involved in projects.
• Review and modify designs based on client feedback.
• Use architectural software to create detailed design drawings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Assist in the selection of materials for construction.
• Participate in project meetings to align on goals and expectations.
• Ensure all designs comply with sustainability principles.
• Develop innovative solutions to design challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Registered Architect (SA)
• LEED Accredited Professional (AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
