Job Description

As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel operations, ensuring that every guest receives a memorable experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining standards, and driving guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement operational plans to improve the hotel's performance.
  • Develop customer service policies for guest engagement.
  • Regularly assess guest satisfaction metrics and service quality.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence and reputation.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives within hotel operations.
  • Increase efficiency by evaluating and optimizing hotel processes.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and workforce management.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in hospitality.
  • Coordinate special events and functions hosted at the hotel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hotel Management preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in the hotel sector
