Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Compliance Officer to oversee our company’s adherence to legal standards and internal policies. You will be responsible for developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in a corporate setting

• Compliance management systems

Certifications

• ISO 19600 Compliance Manager Certification
• Certified Risk Manager (CRM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Familiarity with risk management frameworks: Experience with frameworks like COSO or ISO standards will be beneficial.
