Job Description

The Barrel Cap Setter plays a critical role in the manufacturing process, responsible for setting and adjusting caps on barrels to ensure proper sealing and integrity. With attention to detail and adherence to quality standards, you will contribute significantly to our production team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of barrels pre- and post-sealing.
• Adjust cap settings based on specific barrel requirements.
• Document production processes and report any inconsistencies.
• Assist in training new staff on capping procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operations.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Experience

• No prior experience required; however, experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment would be advantageous.
