Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be instrumental in devising therapy plans tailored to the needs of our patients, focusing on improving their daily living skills and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose clients' physical and psychological needs.
  • Design and implement recovery plans tailored to individual clients.
  • Adjust treatment methodologies in response to patient progress and needs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.
  • Liaise with external agencies to foster community integration for clients.
  • Advocate for client needs within the healthcare setting.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Specialization in a therapeutic area is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, with specific experience in pediatric or geriatric therapy preferred.
