Responsibilities

• Strategically advise clients on investment opportunities and financial solutions.
• Analyze financial data to inform investment decisions and strategies.
• Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure transaction eligibility.
• Mentor junior bankers and interns within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
